As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the spa.
We are here to serve you and make your spa experience as relaxing as possible. Tipping not required but is appreciated.
We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance due to popularity of our excellent services. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself enough time to enjoy refreshments, our outdoor porch and to complete any required forms; especially if you are a first-time guest.
Guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled reservation are granted full credit at the spa provided at least a 24-hour notice for individual appointments or 48-hour notice for packages or multiple services is provided. We do not provide refunds for no-show appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours or 48 hours will be billed 100%.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Age Requirements: Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, children are not allowed to accompany clients during any services.
We recommend wearing something that is comfortable for you and easily to slip on and off. You will be provided privacy when you change before and after your treatment. We also provide robes if at any time you do need to leave the treatment room. Because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items please do not bring valuables to the spa.
All guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.
